Voluntary External Standards

ICL endorses and follows a variety of initiatives and quality management systems in order to improve and streamline processes and performance as well as to reduce risks. The grand majority of ICL’s production facilities are certified with ISO standards or with equivalent standards for environmental management, safety and quality. All major energy consuming sites are certified with the energy ISO standard.  \

The standards and initiatives ICL follows, include (and are not limited to):

• Quality Management – ISO 9001 or an equivalent standard;
• Environmental Management – ISO 14001, RC 14001 or an equivalent standard; 
• Safety and Health Management – OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 or equivalent standards; 
• Energy management- ISO 50001. Implemented at major energy consuming sites. 
• Food safety standards- for sites with products designated for the food industry; 
• GMP standards- for sites with products designated to the food and pharma industries;
