The main issues designated to be covered by the policy are: freedom of occupation, prevention of harassment and discrimination, freedom of association, safety at work, prohibition of employing minors, fair wages, benefits and reasonable working hours and permanent position vs. outsourcing or contract workers.
A draft of the policy is being reviewed by the relevant professionals within ICL. Once approved, it will be published and communicated to all ICL employees.
